This
boat is ready to go for the 2010 season! The boat is in
exceptional condition, and should present very little
in the way of extensive maintenance. She is located in
the water in Charlestown MD, on the Chesapeake Bay, Northeast
River, at a beautiful marina. Covered slips are available
right where she sits if the new owner chooses to keep
her there.
She is a spacious 38 foot
aft cabin with all the comforts of home. Rarely will you
see a boat of this vintage with an interior this nice!
This was the fully deluxe model since new! Take the whole
family or a group of friends for a day cruise or an extended
outing. With the pullout double sofa bed, dinette that
converts to a double, the private V berth forward with
its own bathroom, plus the owner’s quarters aft,
the boat easily sleeps eight- or provides an exceptional
roomy atmosphere for the cruising couple. Or use the quarters
as an office away from home!
There is plenty of drawer
and locker storage, with a spacious galley down. Step
up to the open salon with easy engine access. The master
stateroom is complemented with a head and stall shower.
With all the storage and closets, this boat makes an excellent
weekend or full-time live-aboard, with long cruising no
problem. The spacious aft deck affords comfortable seating
for the family; and the bridge provides a commanding view
of your course.
She rides very nicely in the
water and is quite stable. The boat will cruise very nicely
in the "sweet spot" at about 2800 rpm’s
for maximum fuel efficiency- or open her up and cruise
the whole Chesapeake in a day!
