This well-maintained 1999 Chris
Craft 240 BR is ready for the water! With its open platform, you
can easily fit 6-7 people comfortably. It boasts plenty of
seating, lots of storage, a private head with a portable toilet, all
while still being easy to trailer and launch. This boat is
powered by the 5.7L GSi 280hp Volvo Penta with DuoProp outdrive.
The engine was replaced in 2024 with a remanufactured engine that has
approximately 100 hours on it. The outdrive was fully serviced
at the same time. This boat has been used in the fresh water
portion of the upper Chesapeake Bay and is a very capable platform for
cruising, tubing, fishing, or just spending a Summer afternoon
relaxing on the water. The hull and interior present very well
for being a 1999. No soft spots in the fiberglass and no hull
damage is present. There are a few minor cosmetic blemishes as
expected for a boat of this age. Seats are in good condition for
their age too, but are not perfect as one has a separated seam and one
has a few cracks on the sides. This boat has a great classic
Chris Craft look and the green and white color combination really
stands out. It's turn-key and ready for its next owner!
